A new year means new beginnings, right? as well as new resolutions. So this year for me it means actively working my way down on all the books I have stocked in my TBR list, therefore this year my monthly list will be full of books I haven’t managed to read, as well as some New Releases.
Also, due to lack of time and me starting in a new position at my job, well…, the monthly book lists will be shorter than in the past, but hopefully this will also mean that more book reviews will make their way into the blog! So… there’s that.
Anyhow, without further ado, here’s my January TBR for 2019!
Take out the bats, pumpkins, black cats and all of the candy! ‘Cause Halloween is pretty much here! And since last year I couldn’t make my TBR list, this year I decided to go full on and read as many books as possible.
So this month is all about monsters and things that bump in the night, with one exception which though not about monsters is kind of relevant to October’s celebrations.
Anyhow, without furder ado, here are my picks for this month’s monstrous read:
So, I totally missed the August TBR list, which doesn’t mean I didn’t read plenty of books, just that I didn’t have time to write about it; but now that I seem to have a little more time I´m back with my September list.
And since in my country this month is pretty much about going back to school, well… I decided it was the perfect time to read the books I have that have something to do with it, so…. here we are:
I think this must be the first time I post this list before any movies of the month come out!
Anyhow if I thought there were lots of movies to watch in March and surprisingly February, that was nothing! Nothing I tell you, compared to how many releases there are this April!
So… once again since money is tighter now than ever, I had to make some difficult choices and therefore here´s my watching or waiting list for the April movies released in Mexico.
So… I´m still one book behind my March TBR list, but April is already here, therefore though I haven´t finished Into The Water yet, here I am once again with my book list of the month.
This time around since in my country we celebrate children´s day this month and they tell me that apparently in the United States they celebrate siblings they this month… well my April TBR list is all about kids and siblings, so… here we go!
Since her blog went through some changes and I really like her weekly memes, I asked for her permission to continue with them and… here we are!
All you have to do to participate is:
Pick up the book you’re currently reading (be it a physical or electronic copy)

Highlight the sentence
Make a post on your own blog where you share your highlighted sentence and link back to my blog as the host.
Share the link to your post in the comments’ section here for the book community to see:)

So… once again I´m a little late with my TBR list for March, as well as my February book reviews -and I was doing so well!-, but in my defense, well… I got nothing, I mean sure, I´ve been a little busy but in reality, I´ve just been catching up on some series and animes.
Anyhow, back to the list, since in March we basically celebrate the International Woman´s Day, Water Day and Poetry Day?; and I usually like to have a theme, it shouldn´t be a surprise that I tried to find books related in some way to this celebrations.
Love, love, love! February is finally here! and there´s no bigger sign than all the hearts, chocolates and flowers being sell everywhere!
I´m usually not a fan of Valentine´s Day, but this year I´m trying new things -like baking Valentines Day cookies! I´ll try to post about it-, and last year I enjoyed the books I chose to read so… why not give it another go, right?
Anyhow, that´s why this month´s books are all about love and friendship, so… without anything else to say here we go!
